R-10404 is the superior choice for gasketing and cushioning applications requiring critical thermal transfer sealing.
Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics ThermaCool® TC100 is an unsupported thermally conductive solid silicone rubber. This material offers thermal conductivity along with electrical isolation for heat transfer applications between PC boards and heat sinks. TC100 can be used to fill air gaps between PC boards and heat sinks.
Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics ThermaCool® TC3005 is a high performance gap filler product. It is a low modulus thermally conductive silicone rubber filled with thermally conductive, electrically isolating material. It is extremely conformable, naturally tacky and hence results in very low thermal resistance values. The product is available with fiberglass or aluminum foil reinforcement.
